I can’t say enough positive remarks about our experience with Illuminate Exterior Cleaning. Our windows and sills look absolutely amazing! Zack was doing such a fantastic job on the windows, I asked if he would also do the outside of the gutters and facia. I didn’t even realize how dirty they were until he was done & I saw them white again! He was punctual, clean, professional, & so nice (both to talk to & to work with!). He worked tirelessly & meticulously to be sure to do an excellent job for us. I sooo appreciate the rare customer service these days! I didn’t think windows could get this clean with just water! Zack’s eco-friendly water only system is like nothing I’ve seen before. At first I was skeptical but after hearing the price (even saved some money by removing my own screens) and learning about his background and business I was sold. Zack was on time at our appointment and got to work. Before he wrapped up I asked if he could try removing dried on spray insulation that dripped onto a window in our basement. In less than 10 minutes, he had the window shining like new! If you need to check off this chore, I highly recommend Zack’s services. I look forward to working with him in the future. Oh yea, he also cleaned the vinyl siding leading up to our front door!

When Zack came to my home and introduced himself and his business, I wasn't even considering washing the outside of my windows due to an already long list of household tasks that were a higher priority. But, I was impressed with his compelling pitch and the price was right so I agreed to hire him. He did an excellent job and I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until I walked around the house and saw the remarkable difference he made.
